A monthly maintenance routine for your Business Page

Use a short recurring review to keep hours, services, prices, photos, links, and common answers accurate.
A monthly maintenance routine for your Business Page

Most pages are accurate on launch day and slowly drift away from reality. Phone numbers change, a service stops, or old photos no longer represent the work. Maintenance need not become a large project; a short recurring review prevents errors from accumulating.

Split a 30-minute review

  • Five minutes: hours, upcoming closures, address, and phone
  • Ten minutes: active services, duration, and pricing information
  • Five minutes: contact, map, social links, and a sample booking
  • Five minutes: recent photos and permission to publish them
  • Five minutes: questions customers asked repeatedly this month

These times are a starting point, not a fixed rule. The useful habit is to assign an owner and record the result.

Fix by impact

Correct wrong contact information or booking capacity immediately. Editing an introduction or selecting a photo can wait for the monthly review. When hours change, align the booking calendar as well; the capacity shown to customers should match the page.

Keep a short record

Note the date, owner, and three main changes. Next month you can see what was fixed and what keeps recurring. If customers still ask about something, check the answer's placement and clarity, not only its length.
